U.S., South Korean Live-Fire Drill Goes Awry As Missile Fails After Launch

South Korea and U.S. militaries held a live-fire drill in response to North Korea's ballistic missile launch on Tuesday. However one South Korean missile failed soon after launch, causing a fire but no injuries.
